Another fan favorite tailgate meal is
pizza. While I’m sure many pizza places will have a deal on pizza
for the game, why do that when you can impress your guests and make a
homemade pizza that will knock their socks off?! This may also be
just as inexpensive AND guaranteed better quality.
Ingredients1 pre-made ball
of pizza dough (can be found in most grocery stores)
2 chicken breasts
Your favorite BBQ sauce
1/4 of a medium-sized red onion, thinly sliced
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 bunch of fresh cilantro

Roll out pizza dough into a thin
square. Spread a thin layer of the BBQ sauce onto the dough. Layer
the chicken and thinly sliced red onion onto the pizza. Top with
mozzarella. Bake at 450 degrees for 17-20 minutes until the crust is
slightly browned and the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top of
pizza. Many people (including myself) do not like the taste of
cilantro so I prefer to use a skimpy amount vs. overdoing it.
Depending on the amount of people at
your party, cut into slices or bite sized pieces.
Enjoy y’all!
