So last weekend I was in Nashville and it pains me to say, I did in fact have to leave. I love that place. One of the billion reasons that I love that place is, obviiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii, the music. Now, I know what you're thinking, heart of country music, Grand Ole Opry, blah blah blahhhh... And normally, you would be right. But on this particular trip, I came across this amazing independent radio station- WRLT Lightning 100.1.

Safe to say, y'all, I was obsessed. We listened the entire weekend and it got to the point where I didn't want to get out of the car to go experience live music because I was enjoying what they were playing too much...

Here's a short playlist of all my favorite songs I heard on the radio while down there (I've been listening online since I got home because le duhhh).
  • Home by Johnnyswim
  • California (Cast Iron Soul) by Jamestown Revival
  • Three More Days by Ray LaMontagne
  • Call Me by St. Paul & The Broken Bones
  • All I Want by Kodaline
  • Don't Just Sit There by Lucius
  • 1957 by Milo Greene
  • Queen of California by John Mayer
  • So. Central Rain (I'm Sorry) [Live] by R.E.M.
  • Give Me Something by Scars On 45
  • Neon Eyes (Into The Deep) by Saints of Valory
  • Silver Lining by Rilo Kiley
  • Nothingman by Pearl Jam
  • Thunder Clatter by Wild Cub
  • All Down The Line by The Rolling Stones
  • Lost In My Mind by The Head And The Heart
  • Stolen Dance by Milky Chance
They also aired a fabulous acoustic version of "Girls" by The 1975 that is obviously not on Spotify but I included the YouTube version because I love y'all and want y'all to be happy.

(The Nashville performance is also online but it isn't great quality so here's one from like Oregon. It's sooOOooOOooOOooOOoo good.)

Listen to this super fab playlist below and be sure to follow me on Spotify :)
