Unfortunately (lolz... kidding), there was no major cray cray moment this year. Except for this one-

In a rare turn of events, Taylor Swift seemed to upstage Miley Cyrus to take this year's #HotMessExpress crown. In fact, Miley consistently had on more clothing than Ms. Swift for the entirety of the night. And it looks like Miley waited an entire year to return Swifty's shade throwing from last year.

But anyway, there were some performances and like three awards were handed out. Which was all just one big build up to the reason we were all there. (Seriously, this is how the Internet reacted.)

I mean, Queen Bey slayyyyyyeeeeedddddd. Obviously.

But I'm kind of regretting not watching the Audience Cam for the entire show because some of my favorite moments came from it. For example:

Miley Cyrus being just like me. Literally. Bopping to some music and checking my phone.


And then there was the moment where Taylor Swift proved Chelsea Handler correct when she said, "Thank you for being so white!" This is just the ultimate in bad white girl dancing.


But the ultimate Audience Cam moment came when Jay Z realized his adorable daughter, Blue Ivy, knew the choreography to her Mama's dance. She is too precious but his reaction is priceless.


I mean.... waiting two hours for Beyonce to perform was worth it.
