So I just got back from Charleston Fashion Week and I feel like a very, very tired uber fashionista (hence, the fierceee gif). But anywayz... y'all know that I love love
l o v e combining a classic, timeless style with edgier pieces. So when I find a designer that encompasses both of these aspects
and is a fellow South Carolina girl, I become somewhat obsessed.
Enter- Hunter Bell.
I was lucky enough to meet Hunter a few months ago and was completely blown away, not only by how fabulous and wearable her designs are, but by how perfectly sweet and charming she is in person. She carries herself with all the grace and poise one would expect from the daughter of a former Miss South Carolina and the strength and sophistication of a businesswoman who has been in New York City for years.
Hunter was Thursday night's Featured Designer at Charleston Fashion Week- check out the vid below to hear/see more about it.
I was probably more excited for this show than any of the others I would be seeing at #CHSFW and Hunter did NOT disappoint.
It's one thing to see the clothes in a store (every designer's dream) but it is such a different experience to see them move on a runway. And man do they look gooooood on a runway.

Seriously, I want every. single. piece. |
 |
The styling and accessories were perfection. |
 |
Absolutely in love with the shoes. |
 |
After talking to Hunter, she revealed that this was probably her favorite look she sent down the runway. It's absolutely fabulous! |
 |
I am dying to get my hands on this coat. |
 |
When I talked to Hunter the morning after the show, she told me this was also one of her favorite looks and I could not agree more! |
 |
For a girl who doesn't love patterns, I fell in love with this sweet, patterned dress. |
 |
But actually... |
 |
Obsessed with this jumpsuit. OBSESSED. |
 |
I would gladly wear this everyday. |
 |
The show was SO good. |
Rookie mistake- held the camera the wrong way... u g h.
Not only were the clothes fabulous, the music was on point. I don't know all the names of the songs but one of the last songs was "Fashion Killa" by A$AP ROCKY and the people next to me found it somewhat strange that I knew
every word. #SorryImNotSorry
The final walk was to M83's "Midnight City" a.k.a the theme song for Made In Chelsea. Clearly, I was lovingggg life.
I had such a fabulous time seeing Hunter and her collection and I cannot wait to see what comes next- sure to be BIG things from this fabulous, Southern belle.
